How to Trace Payment Receipt?
The payment receipt will be sent automatically to the merchant and customer’s email once the payment is marked as paid.
Alternatively, you may retrieve the receipt by following the steps below:
1. Get the bill ID.
- Download the Account Statement at your Billplz dashboard.

- Go to the Settlement sheet, zoom in to Column C (BILL ID).

- For example, the bill ID is g0llase3.
2. Enter the bill ID into the URL.
- billplz.com/bills/{bill ID}

What if the bill has expired?
- You need to submit the customer email to access the expired bill.

- How to trace the customer email? By downloading your Account Statement > zoom in Column G (EMAIL).
