How to trace Credit Statement?
Step 1 of 3:
Sign in and download your account statement ( Dashboard > select period > Download Account Statement).
You may scroll down, refresh the webpage and download your report. Alternatively, you may retrieve the report via your registered organization email.

View CREDIT section.
Step 3 of 3:
The Bill ID (in the Credit sheet) should be tied with Bill ID in the Collection sheet.
How to trace your invoice for reloading credit/Auto-reload.
The system will notify you via your Organization email. Alternatively please get your Bill ID, copy and paste to this URL: billplz.com/bills/{bill ID}
If the bill expires, please insert your registered Organization email to retrieve the bill.
