Why I do not received SMS code?

There are possibilities why some of the users did not receive the code to verify your mobile number during registration.

To eliminate any handset-related issue we recommend you to:

  1. Please ensure the sim card is in the device.
  2. Restart the device so it can reconnect to operator infrastructure.
  3. Delete all old messages with same sender id and restart the handset so phone/sim modem memory capacity not full.
  4. Check if any phone applications or settings that may filter our messages.
  5. Insert SIM cards in another device to eliminate possible device issue.
