Why I do not received SMS code?
There are possibilities why some of the users did not receive the code to verify your mobile number during registration.
To eliminate any handset-related issue we recommend you to:
- Please ensure the sim card is in the device.
- Restart the device so it can reconnect to operator infrastructure.
- Delete all old messages with same sender id and restart the handset so phone/sim modem memory capacity not full.
- Check if any phone applications or settings that may filter our messages.
- Insert SIM cards in another device to eliminate possible device issue.
