Sign up for a Billplz account

1. Navigate to https://www.billplz.com/ and click the "Sign up" button. This will redirect you to https://sso.billplz.com/users/sign_up for registration.

   

2. Fill in the basic information needed for the registration. Submit your email for registration and you will receive the OTP code via email. Submit the code and click on the Continue button.

   

   

3. Once submitted, click "Create Account".

4. Add your phone number > Click "Send Code > The 6-digit code will be sent to you by SMS > Insert code and click "Continue"

5. Verify your Individual identity. Kindly select MyKad or Passport. *Individuals can be the business owner or directors or the person-in-charge (PIC) appointed by the Organization.
   1. Verify your identity through our e-KYC.
   2. Take a photo of your ID (MyKad or Passport).
   3. Take a selfie video in the portal.

• You will be redirected to the following page. Scan the QR Code using your mobile device and click the Continue button.

• Permission for Camera. Click Yes, Continue to proceed. 
  • Take a photo of your NRIC or passport (Front and Back). 
  • After you take the photo, click Confirm. 
  • Take a selfie video

• After your identity has been verified, kindly:
  • Return to your desktop browser;
  • Close the CTOS QR tab and return to Billplz;
  • Click the “refresh status” button to continue.

6. Verify your Organization's identity. Insert your Organization email > Send Code > Check your Inbox/Spam Folder for Email Verification Code > Enter the 6-digit code > Click Continue". *Organization email will be your payment notification email. 

7. Fill in your Organization’s details and Organization’s bank account information. Please ensure your SSM / ROS / Registration Number is the same as per the bank's record.
   1. If you are unsure, kindly contact your bank branch and ask for the registered ID number tied to your Organization's bank account before submission.

8. Now, your Billplz SSO account is successfully created! The bank account verification process will take three (3) business days from the updated date.

9. After both Individual and Organization accounts are verified, you will see a 'Redirect to App' button.

10. You will then be redirected to the 'Authorization Page', simply type in "billplz" and click 'Authorize'.Please note by clicking 'Authorize', Billplz will have access to read your information stored in Billplz SSO.

11. In the following step, kindly provide additional information such as Customer Service contact details. (Contact Details will appear on the billing page). You can change your Contact Details later from your Billplz dashboard.

12. Congrats! You are successfully registered and navigated back to the Billplz dashboard.
