How to transfer organization ownership?

Step 1: Sign in to your Billplz SSO account at

Step 2: Under the "Organizations" panel, select an organization. Details about your organization will slide open. Click "Manage Members" to view organization members.

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Enter a new member's email and click "Send". The new member will receive an email invite.

(Note: To get an invite, the new member is required to be registered with Billplz SSO). In the ownership transfer email, click "Sign in".

Step 4: Upon signing in, click "Accept" to transfer the ownership or click "Deny" to decline the invitation. From your dashboard, you will see as follows:

  1. In this step, you have successfully added the new user as a Member. To make them an Owner, please login to your account again, and select 'Transfer
  2. Once clicked on "Accepted" the 2nd time, the respective member will become the new Organization owner.
