How to invite members into an organization?

Step 1: Sign in to your Billplz account at

Step 2: Under the "Organizations" panel, select an organization. Details about your organization will slide open. Click "Manage Members" to view organization members.

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Enter a new member's email and click "Send". The new member will receive an email invite.

(Note: To get an invite, the new member is required to be registered with Billplz SSO).

  1. Newly invited members will appear in the members list indicating status as "Pending".

  2. Member will receive the invitation email. Member must "Sign in" to accept the invitation.

  3. After signing in, a new member can "Accept" or "Decline" the invitation in the "Organizations" panel.

  4. Once accepted, the status of the newly invited organization member will be shown as per the below example.
