How to invite members into an organization?
Step 1: Sign in to your Billplz account at https://www.billplz.com/.
Step 2: Under the "Organizations" panel, select an organization. Details about your organization will slide open. Click "Manage Members" to view organization members.
Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Enter a new member's email and click "Send". The new member will receive an email invite.
(Note: To get an invite, the new member is required to be registered with Billplz SSO).
- Newly invited members will appear in the members list indicating status as "Pending".
- Member will receive the invitation email. Member must "Sign in" to accept the invitation.
- After signing in, a new member can "Accept" or "Decline" the invitation in the "Organizations" panel.
- Once accepted, the status of the newly invited organization member will be shown as per the below example.
