How to invite members into an organization?
- Sign in to your Plzlogin account at https://www.plzlogin.com/users/sign_in.
- Under the "Organizations" panel, select an organization. Details about your organization will slide open. Click "Manage Members" to view organization members.
- A pop-up window will appear. Enter a new member's email and click "Send". The new member will receive an email invite. .(Note: To get an invite, the new member's email is required to be registered with a Plzlogin account).
- Newly invited members will appear in the members list indicating status as "Pending".
- In the invitation email, click "Sign in".*You will be granted access to all third-party services linked to this organization. You may accept or decline the invitation. To accept, please sign in to the dashboard by clicking the link below.
- After signing in, a new member can "Accept" or "Decline" the invitation in the "Organizations" panel.
- Once accepted, the status of the newly invited organization member will be shown as per the below example.
