What to do if my ID number got rejected?

The common reason your ID number got rejected is because your bank branch saved a different ID number than the one issued by ROB/ROC/ROS.

Please proceed to your bank branch and get the registered ID number as per your bank account. Then, update your ID by clicking the 'edit' button and resubmit the ID as given by the bank officer.
