What do I do if my ID number is rejected?
The most common reason is due to the different ID number registered by your acquiring bank compared to the one issued by ROB/ROC/ROS.
Please proceed to obtain the registered ID number as per bank account at your acquiring bank’s branch and update your ID number by clicking the 'edit' button and re-enter the ID number as provided by the bank officer.
